Friday, March 13th, 2020 we hosted Famous Nobodys and Carmelo Anthony for the release of our collaboration titled “Why We Love Portland.” The event was a huge success and we received incredible support despite the ongoing negative impact created as a result of the coronavirus. The amount of positivity cultivated at the event and the love shown by everyone in attendance created a truly uplifting atmosphere and made for an amazing evening. Thank you.

The event served not only as the release of our collaboration, but a celebration of our city and what it has to offer. TrapKitchen was at the release party providing free, made-with-love, bites for everyone to enjoy. Eastside Distillery and Deadstock Coffee were at the release dishing out delicious craft cocktails and coffee. Umbrella Screen Printing was also in the building doing live t-shirt customization, allowing customers to design and create their own garments themed around why they love Portland. A special thank you to DJ RonicRoc and Ezra from Touch of Bass from bringing the live music and photo booth to life.

We would like to thank all those who were able to attend and support us as we came together to uplift this city, especially during this time. Your positivity and love is impactful. So, why does Compound love Portland? We love this city because of people like you.
